• Qualified to Diploma status or very close to it

• Track record of continuing professional development
• Genuine care for the client

Paraplanners

• Qualified to Diploma status or very close to it
• Excellent eye for detail
• Strong IT skills
• Experience of financial servicing systems

Adviser Assistants

• Qualified to the Certificate in Finance Planning (CFP)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong IT skills
• Experience of client management systems
