Julie has an attitude and energy which are infectious. Liverpool born and bred, Julie is keen to bring the True Bearing philosophy of well qualified, "face to face" financial advice to members of her local community in South Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

Julie previously worked in Canary Wharf as a Stockbroker and Financial Adviser for Edward Jones Investments. Following the company’s take-over, she decided to return to Liverpool as an Independent Financial Adviser, which gave her more flexibility in the solutions she could offer her clients and an improved work/life balance as a young mum to her two children.

Possessing a genuine desire to provide high quality financial advice, Julie continues to use her expertise within all areas of independent financial planning as a means to providing tailor-made solutions for her clients. Her focus is on holistic financial planning, and she is greatly committed to meeting her clients on a regular “face to face” basis, in the belief that on-going monitoring and client reviews are an essential part of the service she provides.

Julie works closely alongside a number of solicitors in the Liverpool and Widnes areas specialising in care fees planning and investment advice.  Julie is also building links with local Nursing and Care Homes to help them, help their clients to be secure financially.

A real people-person, Julie is passionate about helping clients and bringing financial stability to their lives.  Her greatest compliment is being referred on to her clients’ families and friends.

True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners have been named Financial Business of the Year at the Lancashire “Red Rose” Business Awards 2012.  The ceremony was held in front of over 800 guests from the business community at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.

The “Red Rose” Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of real businesses throughout Lancashire.

True Bearing had been shortlisted alongside seven of the region’s superb financial firms.

The Judging Panel of the Red Rose Awards commented: “True Bearing are an excellent example of a Lancashire based business demonstrating excellent growth and expansion, and one that is not content with standing still. Judges felt their innovative approach to clients’ needs, their attitude to going above and beyond for clients, and the investment in their own people was certainly worthy of praise.“
