Vocalist Duncan Heather, Director Mark O’Neill, Chairman George Critchley and Vocalist Peter Saul at True Bearing’s 10th Anniversary Celebrations.

An evening promising excellent entertainment, great food and scintillating company set the scene for the True Bearing Chartered 10 year birthday bash recently held at the Barton Grange Hotel.

Direct from London’s West End and International Cruise Headlining came a spectacular and unique performance by vocalists Duncan Heather and Peter Saul.  With credits such as Les Miserables, Rent, Burn The Floor, The 12 Tenors, Bohemian Rhapsody and New Jersey Nights behind them, this impressive vocal partnership certainly gave the evening the WOW factor!

Over 160 staff, advisers, clients and business partners came together to celebrate in style the achievements of the firm.  Founded in 2003 in Euxton, Lancashire, the firm’s growth has accelerated through a focus on professionalism, excellence, strong mutual business partnerships and creative business thinking.

The independent financial advisory firm was the vision of the current Chairman, George Critchley.  Together with existing Directors Mike Clarke and Mark O’Neill, they envisaged building a firm and a reputation that one day would be recognised as ‘possibly’ the best IFA firm in the North West.

In what is seen as many of the toughest years in the UK economy, the firm has survived and flourished, and now employs almost 50 members of staff and advisers.  George Critchley, Chairman of True Bearing Chartered says: “10 years ago we said if we could just give good advice and good service, we’d be almost unique in the financial services world.  10 years later that is even more true!  Our aim was and still is to be the Premier Chartered Financial Planning firm in the North West.”
