North West Premier Independent Financial Advisers, True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners, has reached the final stage in the prestigious BIBAs (Be Inspired Business Awards) awards for not one but two categories.
Run by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce the BIBAs is Lancashire’s largest and longest running business awards programme. The programme recognises and rewards Lancashire businesses outstanding achievement.
Last month, the firm successfully reached the second stage of the process attending interviews and have now reached the final stage being shortlisted for the two categories they entered: ‘Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility’ and ‘Professional Practice of the Year’.
The BIBAs are known as ‘the one they all want to win’. The rigorous judging process, the BIBAs Winners’ Academy and the national profile of the event means those entrepreneurs that take part in the BIBAs take their minds and business to another level.
The firm will now be visited by the judges who will get to see the great work being done at True Bearing.
George Critchley, Chairman at True Bearing said: “We are thrilled to be a finalist in two categories at the prestigious BIBA awards. Given the strong competition from some of Lancashire’s renowned businesses, to make it to the final stage is a wonderful recognition for all the dedication, passion and hard work put in by all the True Bearing team.”
The announcement comes after the team celebrated winning the Red Rose Award for ‘Financial Business of the Year’ in March.
Following the judges’ visits, the BIBAs ceremony takes place on 16 September.
