Housing Bubble“Mark Carney is going to pop the housing bubble,” says my Sunday Paper.  What housing bubble? There are no bubbles across the majority of the UK.

Zoopla tells me that for my postcode in the North West, housing inflation for the past year was 3.3%. Values are at or below the pre-recession peaks of 2007/2008.  That is apart from the South East and of course London!

Carney plans tougher lending criteria for us all. Well, thank you very much Mr. Carney. It’s no wonder Scotland wants independence!
