True Bearing partners with Redmill Advance for digital learning solutions

Here at True Bearing we place a real emphasis on staff training and development, having a saying ‘come as you are but don’t stay as you are’. In order to ensure that we continue to offer our team the highest quality personal and professional development, we have partnered with Redmill Advance (part of Redmill Group).

Redmill Advance will be providing us with digital learning solutions across the entire business and we will benefit from access to a range of CII and CISI exam support along with compliance, regulatory, soft-skills, and leadership programmes. All of this will be delivered through a True Bearing branded learning management platform. 

The platform, along with support from Redmill Advance will give individuals access to a wide variety of accessible online learning content to support their ongoing development and personal growth.
