David was attracted to True Bearing in 2016 after spending most of his career working for main stream high street banks. He joined True Bearing to concentrate on what he was qualified for and enjoys doing most – providing high quality financial planning advice for clients.
Most of David’s time is centred on looking after high net worth individuals both pre and post retirement. For David, the real enjoyment of being a financial planner, is providing clients with bespoke, holistic advice that allows them to enjoy their lives, instead of worrying about what’s going on in the world financially.
David works with his clients to explain complex information clearly and simply. He genuinely wants to help people to get the best out of their money ensuring his clients get the right advice on investments, savings and pensions.
David is highly qualified, having attained Chartered Financial Planner status several years ago. He believes it is paramount to hold qualifications in order to advise his clients correctly.
David is married with two grown-up children. When time allows, he enjoys riding his motorbike, walking his dog and supporting local community events.
